No more Biltong.
Most folks seem to like to make there own it seems and also with rising costs of Top grade Imported Beef its not worth the expense.

Like most South Africans living abroad we just couldn’t survive without the unique taste of Boerewors on the braai and Droewors as a great snack! I moved from South Africa to Cyprus, but I still craved the taste of home and set out to making my own Boerewors. The flavour and method has taken on many forms over the years and has now reached the peak of its taste and so has the Droewors, which we make in both Original and Chilli.
I continued to make my own Boerewors which my family and I have considered a staple over the years. So many people have been intrigued by my home made treasure and through their encouragement and enthusiasm, We branched into the retail market. The Boerewors is made using the finest cut of meat both Beef and Pork and with my own special recipe that has been developed over the years.
